The right racket
You must be able to control the racket!
You can play with any racket, but the question is whether you can play well with the racket you choose. First and foremost, we mean that you should have a racket that's suited to your playing ability and that you can also control. A super-fast 2.5mm thick rubber on a super-fast blade might cause you more trouble than your opponent! The thicker the sponge on the rubber, the faster the table tennis racket will be!
So you don't lose to your own racket
The racket should be tailored to your game! You don't need just any racket; you need the racket that's tailored precisely to your game. We've selected the best for every style and skill level from our extensive selection. Now you need to analyze your game so that your future racket can fully utilize your strengths. It's not the racket that determines your playing style; rather, your individual table tennis style requires the appropriate "equipment." Therefore, it's important not to adapt your game to the racket, but the other way around.
The right combination is always important when it comes to table tennis bats!
You'll know what you prefer based on the shape and color of your racket. But ultimately, it all comes down to the right combination of wood and rubbers. Match the wood to the properties of the rubbers. It's not necessary to use the same rubbers on both sides. For example, your strengths on the forehand side should be optimally utilized, while your weaknesses on the backhand side should be balanced. The right rubber on the right side can work wonders!
