There’s hardly anyone who knows more about table tennis, billiards, darts and table football than Daniel Gubler, Managing Director of Gubler Tischtennis AG. As a pioneer and inventor, Daniel has launched a number of innovations in the industry throughout his career. He is happy to advise you in German, French or English.

Linlin Jin
Table tennis champion and former professional athlete Linlin Jin is a certified table tennis expert, pro trainer, and our secret weapon when it comes to advice and shipping. Linlin can even teach pro players a thing or two. In addition to German, he can also advise you in Mandarin Chinese upon request.

As a commercial employee and keen photographer, Fabienne supports the team with marketing, order processing and customer care. Fabienne speaks German, English and French.

Let’s make history together
We started out with a passion for table tennis and a lot of dreams. Over time, Tischtennis Gubler AG has evolved into a centre of expertise and showroom for table tennis, billiards, table football and darts.
Our history

1969
Passionate table tennis player and trainer Josef Gubler founds the sole proprietorship Tischtennis Gubler.

1974
Josef Gubler’s enthusiasm is contagious amongst his students – his best student being his wife, Trudy. In response to growing demand, Gubler builds his own shop.

1975
What started out as a hobby turns into a successful business. Tischtennis Gubler invests in a warehouse for larger items such as tables.

1982
Daniel Gubler joins the family business.

1984
The Gublers establish Switzerland’s first centre of expertise for table tennis.

1988
As the business grows, it needs a new legal structure: the sole proprietorship becomes Tischtennis Gubler AG.

1988
Billiards experiences a major comeback around the world, and Switzerland is no exception; Tischtennis Gubler AG expands its product range accordingly.

1992
Athletes need to be able to see and try out their equipment. For this reason, Tischtennis Gubler AG expands its shop to include a unique showroom with a warehouse for billiards, table football and darts.

2010
Tischtennis Gubler AG works together with Steel + Art GmbH to create the unique and exclusive Meteor Star Light glass table. The show table premieres at the 2011 Swiss Open in Montreux.

The shop looks better than ever after undergoing comprehensive renovations.
