Orders & Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

For parcels up to 30 kg, we charge a flat rate of CHF 10. Special treatments such as bulky items, signature, or cash on delivery incur additional costs.

Which countries does Tischtennis Gubler AG deliver to?

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

How long does shipping take?

Orders received before 3:00 PM Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and shipped via PostPac Priority or A-Post. Everything else is the responsibility of the postal service. Special arrangements for Saturdays are excluded.

How will my order be shipped?

By default, shipping is via PostPac Priority. You can choose the shipping method for e-shop orders.

What discounts are available in the online shop?

  • 15% from CHF 150.–
  • 20% from CHF 200.–
    The discount applies only to orders in the online shop, not to vouchers or sale items. The best discount will be applied automatically.

Are there also club discounts?

Yes, members of STT, SF+S and SBV receive a 10% club discount on most items.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, TWINT and advance payment.

What is the difference between order value and invoice value?

The order value is the value of the goods before deduction of the discount, the invoice value after deduction.

When is the specialty store open?

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 9:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00
The store is closed on public holidays and during company holidays. These dates will be announced on the website.

Are custom racket designs and rubber replacements available in specialist shops?

Yes, we also carry out custom racket manufacturing and rubber renewals.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Can I return or exchange products?

Yes, returns or exchanges are possible within 8 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made and special-order items are not eligible for exchange.
