The new Hammond Z2 rubber enables powerful attacking and topspin strokes and surpasses older rubber generations with its bite. This dynamic is made possible by a high proportion of natural rubber in the upper rubber. Another special feature is the so-called "bulkhead" sponge, which minimises energy loss at the ball impact point due to its special composition. The "Z" version of the Hammond rubber series is a harmonious combination of an extremely firm upper rubber and the catapult-friendly "ZC" sponge technology.
