How can I register in the new shop?

In the new shop, we have made registration even easier and more secure for you.

You no longer need a password to log in. Instead, you'll receive a unique code sent to your email address each time you log in. Simply enter this code to log in. This saves you the hassle of managing passwords and provides greater security.

Was my previous account transferred?

We have transferred your customer account to the new system. Your default address has been transferred; you will need to enter any additional addresses. Since we don't have access to your saved payment information, you will also need to enter these again when placing your first order.

Were my wish lists adopted?

Unfortunately, your wish lists were not imported.

Can I see my previous orders?

Orders placed before the changeover will not be visible in the new system. If you need details about previous orders, please contact us. We'll be happy to help.

Payment methods

Are there any new payment options?

Yes! We're pleased to offer you additional payment options, such as Twint. This allows you to pay even more flexibly and conveniently.

Why were my previous payment methods not transferred?

Since we do not have access to your stored payment information, it cannot be transferred to the new system.

Discounts & Vouchers

What happens to my existing vouchers?

Your vouchers will, of course, continue to be accepted. However, please note that we are still in the process of transferring them to the new system. If your voucher is not redeemable, please contact us.

Is my customer discount still valid?

All customer-specific discounts have been transferred. Once you log in to the new system with your registered email address, they will be displayed as usual.

In addition to a modern look, we offer you expanded filter options that make it even easier to find the products you're looking for. The shop is now faster, and the overall user experience has been optimized. This makes it even easier for you to navigate our product range and complete your purchases in a snap.
